Brandon is a Team Lead for Velocity Two, where he oversees daily operations and leads staff in providing structured, consistent care for adolescent males in residential treatment. He emphasizes engagement, accountability, and real-time coaching to create a safe, effective, and growth-focused environment.
A United States Marine Corps veteran, Brandon has led teams in combat and later served as an instructor supporting high-risk special operations survival and psychological resilience training. His experience in high-pressure environments shaped his approach to leadership, grounded in discipline, ownership, and the ability to stay steady in challenging situations.
Prior to his current role, Brandon served as a Case Manager and Wilderness Therapy Director in a residential treatment setting, where he was responsible for coordinating care, leading therapeutic programming, and guiding youth through structured, experiential interventions. This background strengthened his ability to assess individual needs, manage complex behaviors, and implement effective, relationship-based strategies.
Brandon brings extensive experience working with high-risk youth, with a focus on building rapport, addressing behavioral patterns, and helping individuals take ownership of their actions. He integrates practical structure with a trauma-informed perspective, helping both staff and patients navigate conflict, emotional regulation, and personal development in a meaningful way.
He is currently completing his bachelor’s degree in behavioral health science, expected in late 2026, with an emphasis in trauma. Brandon is passionate about developing strong teams, mentoring others, and equipping individuals with the tools needed to move forward with confidence and responsibility.
Outside of work, he values time with his wife and five children and is committed to living out the same principles of discipline, leadership, and growth in his personal life.
